Russell was the youth director for ten years at one of Australia’s largest and most successful youth programmes at Paradise Community Church, Adelaide, South Australia. He began leading the Solid Rock Youth Group, which Russell pioneered from 20 young people and grew it to 300 people in 3 years. He then took over the young adults group, Power Generation, and saw that grow to around 1000 young adults. Pastor Russell moves in the prophetic in a dynamic way and has seen many miracles and outpourings of the Holy Spirit amongst his young people. In 2004 he started Planetshakers City Church and has become one of the fastest growing churches in Australia’s history.

Following Jesus with his wife Laura, Carl Lenz has led an incredibly fruitful young adults ministry at Wave Church,Virginia Beach. Their journey has now lead them to the "concrete jungle" of NY City. Jude Fouquier and his wife Becky are the Senior Associate Pastors and Elders at The City Church in Kirkland, WA, Pastor Jude also serves as the director of the Generation Intern program; an intensive leadership training program that trains and equips over 100 young leaders each year to impact their generation. After graduating from Oral Roberts University in 1985, Pastor Jude became a Youth Pastor first under Wally and Marilyn Hickey at the Happy Church and then helped pioneer The City Church in 1992. Pastor Jude helped forge the Generation Church ministry at The City Church for over ten years, currently reaching over 1,500 Jr. High through college age individuals. Pastor Jude travels extensively, speaking around the world.

Mark Schilling is the Student Pastor at Utica, New York. Generation Church is150 students strong and growing under his leadership. He actively encourages other youth leaders who have a heart to see youth groups become serious youth churches. Josh Lange and his wife, Rachel, are expecting their first child this fall. He is a worship leader, the Go Missions Director, and a Pastor at Redeemer Church.
