After Registering online

You will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive it, within 24 hrs please check your spam filter then contact us.

Check In:

Check-in will begin 4pm Thursday. You receive wrist bands for your group at the door. Bring a copy of your receipt to help expedite the check in process

Reserved Seating:

All seating is reserved based on the order your registration is received.

Cancellation Policy:

Each year we work very hard to stay within the Conference budget. Speakers are paid and expenses are determined based on the registrations we receive. We also work very hard with a volunteer staff on seating and keeping your groups together through the weekend. Late cancellations do affect the conference budget. Please understand we will accept cancellations in writing until Oct 15th, refunds will be given less a $10 cancellation fee per registration. There will be no refunds after Oct 15.
